How much would the items I want to rent cost?

Do I have to give a deposit?

A deposit of 50% of the amount total can be given for any order but is not required unless the order is $400 or more.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Contracts/Rental Agreements are given at delivery or pick-up of all orders.  (Sample Rental Agreement)  (Contrato de Alquiler)

What if my event is canceled?

We understand that things happen and not everything can always go as planned, sometimes events are canceled and in those cases we asked to be informed about this before the expected delivery time, preferably 24 hours before the date of your event. In the case of large orders ($400 or more) with a mandatory deposit, the deposit will not be returned in the event of a cancelation, but the rest of the payment will not be expected to be paid as the event is no longer happening, and as such the order will be canceled.

What if I damage or loose any of the rental items?

If any of the rental items are damaged or lost while in your possession as part of the rental agreement signed at the time of delivery or pick-up the signer of the agreement is expected to pay a replacement fee for each item lost or damaged.
